ALLOVTC (VTC2LUXE) sells the ride and collects from the guest. VAT-registered: you keep 85% (15% commission). VAT-exempt, no VAT number: you keep 76% (24% commission). You declare what you receive.

Fleet managers use a computer (Windows or Mac) or this website. Not the phone app for now.

Rides are in France. The screen follows your language.

Fleets

You run several vehicles or a desk? Sign in below. Enter your drivers one by one or from your own file. AlloVTC validates them after they visit the office.

Manager, fleet, full address, email and phone. An email code and an SMS code confirm the request. No account is created, and no WhatsApp message is needed.

Sole traders and VTC companies. PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP (8 MB max). Before the first ride: an in-person check of the original driving licence and VTC card.

  • Kbis ou avis de situation SIRENE

    Société : Kbis de moins de 3 mois. Auto-entrepreneur / micro : avis de situation SIRENE (INSEE) à jour.

  • Attestation EvTC / REVTC

    Inscription au registre des exploitants VTC (société ou entrepreneur individuel).

  • Carte professionnelle VTC

    Scan / photo pour le dossier. L’original sera présenté en rendez-vous physique avant la 1ʳᵉ course.

  • Permis de conduire

    Recto-verso lisible. L’original sera présenté en rendez-vous physique avant la 1ʳᵉ course.

  • Relevé d’information intégral (RII)

    Attestation de droits à conduire ANTS, de moins de 3 mois (permisdeconduire.ants.gouv.fr). Utile aussi pour le renouvellement annuel légal.

  • Photo du véhicule

    Vue ¾ avant, plaque visible.

  • Assurance RC professionnelle

    Attestation RC Pro à jour (société, AE ou chauffeur).

  • Assurance transport de personnes

    Assurance transport de personnes avec chauffeur (véhicule).

  • Contrat de location ou carte grise

    Si vous n’êtes pas propriétaire, contrat de location + carte grise.

How it works

  1. 1. Driver application online, or a fleet membership request: both are confirmed by email code and SMS.
  2. 2. Check — documents, then an in-person meeting (original licence and VTC card) before the first dispatch.
  3. 3. Rides — offers and the partner space. You accept or decline freely.
  4. 4. Invoice and payout — subcontracting invoice in your name. Net payout at the start of the week.
