Can I book online?
Yes. Book at allovtc.com/reserver/: choose your journey, then pay online by card or to the chauffeur at the end of the ride. Minimum fare €42.
How is the fare calculated?
Each vehicle class has a clear range: minimum fare and price per kilometre (e.g. Eco from €42, €1.80/km). Hourly hire: 1 to 10 h, places of your choice (20 km included / h). Event & ceremony: day’s programme (ceremony, reception), from 4 h. Transfers: the quote depends on distance, time and options.
What if my flight or train is delayed?
At the airport, give your flight number: we track landing and notify the driver. 60 minutes free waiting from touchdown (no no-show if the plane never left). At stations: 30 minutes from the original arrival time; the driver can see your location, including on the train. Hotel: 15 minutes. Instant / home: 2 minutes.
Can I book in advance?
Yes. We recommend at least 24 hours ahead for airport and station transfers. Last-minute bookings remain possible subject to availability.
Which stations do you serve?
All major Paris stations (Nord, Lyon, Est, Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare, Austerlitz, Bercy) and the main Île-de-France stations: Massy TGV, Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, Versailles-Chantiers, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, La Défense, Cergy, Juvisy, Évry, Melun, Poissy, Sartrouville, Mantes-la-Jolie…
Do you accept long-distance trips?
Yes. We operate long-distance journeys across France and into Europe (Deauville, Disneyland, Belgium, Switzerland, and more) in premium vehicles.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card online, or payment to the chauffeur at the end of the ride (cash or card). Ideal for hotels and organisations whose front desk books without paying in advance. The invoice is sent after the ride.
Is cancellation free?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 24 h and 1 h, the 20% hold is kept. Under 1 h, the full amount is kept. Details in the terms and conditions.
Do you operate outside Paris?
Yes. We cover Paris, all of Île-de-France, the Yvelines, and Gironde (Bordeaux, Médoc, Saint-Émilion, Arcachon Bay), airports (CDG, Orly, Mérignac) and stations.
Are you a taxi?
No. ALLOVTC is a private chauffeur VTC service (voiture de tourisme avec chauffeur), not a rank taxi. You book in advance, the price is set before departure, and the chauffeur collects you. It is a legal, licensed alternative to a taxi (VTC card, EvTC register).
What is the difference between VTC and taxi?
A taxi can pick you up at a rank or airport stand, often on the meter. VTC is reserved: known quote, chosen vehicle (sedan, van…), flight tracking available. For a flight, a family or a budgeted fare, a private chauffeur is generally more predictable.
How much luggage per vehicle?
Sedan: 3 passengers and 2 cabin + 2 hold suitcases. Van: up to 7 passengers and 6 suitcases. Please specify luggage at booking so we assign the right vehicle.
